Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your Glow Derma Cosmetics purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@glowdermaskin.com.
Returns
Due to the personal-care and hygiene nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused, undamaged and in their original sealed packaging, unless the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or you received an incorrect item.
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact info@glowdermaskin.com with your order number, reason for return and, where applicable, photographs of the product and packaging.
Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns of:
- Opened, used or partially used cosmetics or skincare products, except where defective.
- Products with damaged, removed or altered seals or original packaging after delivery.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling or storage after delivery.
- Promotional gifts, complimentary products or samples, unless defective.
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@glowdermaskin.com and provide your order number and photographs where appropriate.
Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Banks and payment providers may require additional time to process and display the refund after it has been issued.
Original delivery charges and return shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, unless required by applicable law or the return results from an error on our part.
Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they enter fulfillment. Once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and our return conditions will apply.
International orders
International returns may be subject to additional shipping, customs and handling costs. Customs duties, import taxes and similar charges paid to third parties may not be refundable by Glow Derma Cosmetics.
Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided after the return request has been approved. Customers should not send products back before receiving return authorization.
